This website (Site) is owned and operated by The Bella Tripp Foundation. Your use of or access to this Site is deemed to be your acceptance of these Terms of Use and all our terms, conditions and Privacy Policy set out or otherwise referenced on this Site (Terms). If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not permitted to access or use this Site.

In these Terms, “TBTF”, “we” and “us” means The Bella Tripp Foundation.

This Site is enabled for online donations using a secure donation server. However, despite the security on the website, you should be aware that there are inherent risks in transferring information across the internet.

Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our web site is by credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved. If you authorise a recurring donation, your credit card details are stored by our payment processor in accordance with payment card industry standards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards via a secure payments system which is linked directly to our bank who will authorise all credit card payments. We can accept cards issued in Australia or overseas.

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

We issue a digital receipt with a copy of the payment information received from our Bank for each order or donation. Donations of $2 and more are tax deductible.

A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error please, email yasmina@thebellatrippfoundation.org.au as soon as possible. Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt.

The information contained in this Site has been compiled in good faith and TBTF will seek to ensure that all information is accurate at the time of inclusion. However, TBTF cannot guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or reliability of the material on this Site. The information contained in this Site may include inadvertent and occasional errors and is provided “as is.” Users should therefore read and understand these Terms.

TBTF, its associated companies, and every other party involved in creating, producing or developing this Site, exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability whatsoever in relation to any use of this Site and the information contained in it, including any reliance on such information, whether directly or indirectly, and loss or damage caused by a breach of your computer’s security or the transmission of any computer virus by reason of your use of, access to, or downloading of any material from this Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties in respect of this Site and the information contained in it (including the content of or use of this Site, the security of your computer in accessing this Site, computer viruses, the availability, uptime and security of this Site and the integrity of data accessed through this Site) are excluded.

The materials contained in this Site are subject to change without notice, and accordingly may not be current at the time this Site is accessed.
We sometimes provide access to other world wide web sites from our Site. However, we do not endorse or approve any products or information offered at sites you reach by accessing this Site.
